Jimmy John’s to open at Regency Commons

Blue Ash, Ohio Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased restaurant space in Blue Ash, Ohio, at Regency Commons to Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich Shops.

Jimmy John’s, operated by franchisee Schaaf & Deibel Investments, has leased 1,700 sq. ft. and is slated to open in August.

The 30,769-sq.-ft. shopping center features Ruby Tuesday, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Caribou Coffee, Sports Clips, Verizon Wireless and Aveda.
