Jimmy John’s to open first store in Oregon

Beaverton, Ore. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased restaurant space at Walker Center in Beaverton, Ore., to Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich Shops.

Jimmy John’s has leased 1,947 sq. ft. of for its first location in Oregon. The store is slated to open for business in spring 2010.
