I.O. Metro to open three metro Atlanta locations

Atlanta Specialty lifestyle furniture retailer I.O. Metro has signed a total of 33,580 sq. ft. at three metro Atlanta Avenue locations, including The Avenue Forsyth in Cumming, Ga.; The Avenue Webb Gin in Snellville, Ga.; and The Avenue West Cobb in Marietta, Ga.

In August, I.O. Metro will make its Georgia debut in all three locations simultaneously, making 20 stores in eight states across the South for the retailer.

In addition to the signing of I.O. Metro, The Avenue has celebrated the opening of six other retailers since the New Year -- most recently Francesca’s Collections on Feb. 19 at The Avenue East Cobb in Marietta, Ga. 

The Avenue, introduced by Cousins Properties in 1998, is an outdoor lifestyle center concept with eight locations throughout the Southeast.
