Inland signs new leases in Vernon Hills and Buffalo Grove, Ill.

Oak Brook, Ill. Inland Real Estate Corp. has announced the signing of 21,332 sq. ft. of new leases at three suburban shopping centers.

The new leasing activity includes a 14,826-sq.-ft. lease with Discovery Clothing, a value-priced clothing retailer for women and juniors, at the Rivertree Court shopping center, in Vernon Hills, Ill.

At Hawthorn Village Commons, in Vernon Hills, Salon GC signed a 1,609-sq.-ft. lease. European Gourmet Restaurant also leased 2,000 sq. ft. at Hawthorn Village Commons. At Woodland Commons, located in Buffalo Grove, Stilettos signed a 1,653-sq.-ft. lease. Papa John’s Pizza also recently leased 1,244 sq. ft. at Woodland Commons.
