Inland signs 20,630 sq. ft. of new leases in Minneapolis area

Oak Brook, Ill. Inland Real Estate Corp. announced the signing of four new leases in the greater Minneapolis area totaling 20,630 sq. ft.

The largest lease was signed with Planet Fitness for 15,530 sq. ft. at Park Square shopping center in Brooklyn Park, Minn. Planet Fitness’ standalone location is currently under construction, and it is scheduled to open in May.

In addition to Planet Fitness, Inland signed a 2,400-sq.-ft. lease with Radio Shack at Forest Lake shopping center in Forest Lake, Minn., scheduled to open in March; a 1,440-sq.-ft. lease with Jimmy John’s at the Shops of Plymouth Town Center in Plymouth, Minn., also scheduled to open in March; and a 1,200-sq.-ft. lease with UPS Store at Shannon Square in Arden Hills, Minn., scheduled to open in April.
