Inland announces four new leases at Streets of Indian Lake

Oak Brook, Ill. Inland American Real Estate Trust has announced the signing of four new leases at The Streets of Indian Lake shopping center in Hendersonville, Tenn.

The new leases total more than 11,000 sq. ft.

The new leases include: 4,165 sq. ft. with Peek-a-boo Play, a child development and learning center; 2,401 sq. ft. with 5th Avenue Salon; 3,984 sq. ft. with Kohana Japanese Restaurant; and 1,326 sq. ft. with The French Shoppe, a women’s boutique.

The Streets of Indian Lake is a 247,839-sq.-ft. shopping center located in Hendersonville, Tenn. Tenants include Barnes and Noble, Regal Cinema, Mimi’s Cafe, Red Robin and Justice Just for Girls.
