Inland acquires 13 properties across nine states

Oak Brook, Ill. -- Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, Inc. announced it facilitated the acquisition of 13 properties purchased in October by Inland related parties. The acquisitions total more than 1.65 million sq. ft. across nine states for a total purchase price of more than $432.2 million. The properties acquired include a student housing community, six shopping centers and single-tenant retail stores.



The 13 properties consist of:



• Arcadia Student Living, a student housing community at the University of North Carolina located in Charlotte, North Carolina.



• Oquirrh Mountain Marketplace, a multi-tenant retail center anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, located in South Jordan, Utah.



• The Village at Burlington Creek, a 158,046-sq.-ft. retail center located in Kansas City, Missouri.



• Blossom Valley Plaza, a 111,558-sq.-ft. shopping center located in Turlock, California.



• Marketplace at El Paseo, a 224,683-sq.-ft. shopping center located in Fresno, California.



• Settlers Ridge, a 472,572 sq. ft. property anchored by Market District located in Pittsburgh.



• Milford Marketplace, a 112,257-sq.-ft. shopping center located in Milford, Connecticut.



• Four Walgreens stores all located within the Chicagoland area and a Walgreens located in Memphis, Tennessee.



• BJ’s Wholesale Club, 87,688-sq.-ft. located in Ithaca, New York.
