Ihop to open in Gilbert, Ariz.

Phoenix SRS Real Estate Partners announced that a new IHOP Restaurant will open in Gilbert, Ariz. The 5,220-sq.-ft. property was formerly The Wild Hare, a locally owned restaurant, and Ihop is expected to open this October.

The freestanding building, owned by Chile Rojo Properties, is located at the high-traffic intersection of E. Baseline Road and Val Vista Drive, across the street from Dana Park, a specialty retail shopping center.
