Hull Storey Gibson acquires Mount Berry Square Mall

Rome, Ga. -- Augusta, Ga.-based Hull Storey Gibson Companies announced its acquisition of Mount Berry Square Mall in Rome, Ga.



The 476,778-sq.-ft. mall is anchored by Belk, J.C. Penney and Sears.



“Mount Berry Square Mall has the potential to become a regional fashion destination serving Rome and the surrounding areas,” said Jim Hull, managing partner of Hull Storey Gibson. “We plan to invest the time and capital needed to improve the shopping experience for the mall’s customers.” The company will handle the leasing, property management, construction and redevelopment of Mount Berry Square Mall.
