Houston’s CityCentre announces four new tenants

Houston Locally based real estate developer and investment firm Midway Cos. has announced that Amegy Bank is now open at the company’s CityCentre project in Houston.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Jamba Juice and LMD Boutique will open at the project this fall.

Amegy Bank, a Texas-based bank with more than 80 locations throughout the state, opened a 2,958-sq.-ft. banking center in April.

Chipotle Mexican Grill will open a 2,200-sq.-ft. restaurant, and Jamba Juice will open a 1,200-sq.-ft. location.

LMD Boutique, a fashion-forward women’s clothing store, will open in the fall. The 1,756-sq.-ft. boutique will offer upscale clothing and accessories with an international flair.

CityCentre is a $500 million development and covers 1.8 million sq. ft. The mixed-use project will blend upscale retail and fine dining with state-of-the art office space, metropolitan homes and hospitality in a 37-acre, pedestrian-oriented environment.

Midway’s portfolio of projects completed and/or under way consists of approximately 32 million sq. ft. in 22 states and Northern Mexico.
