Hollywood Tans leases retail space in Newtown Square

Newtown Square, Pa. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Wednesday it has leased space in Newtown Square, Pa., at Newtown Square shopping center to Hollywood Tans.

Hollywood Tans has leased 1,117 sq. ft. and is now open for business.

The 146,910-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Acme Markets alongside True Value, Dress Barn, Rite Aid, Hair Cuttery and McDonald’s.
