Hodgdon-Miank completes renovation for Ashley Furniture
Colton, Calif. Inland Empire-based Hodgdon-Miank Construction said it has completed a major renovation at the Long Beach Towne Center for a new Ashley Furniture HomeStore in Long Beach, Calif.
Ashley Furniture is occupying a former 35,200-sq.-ft. Linen 'n Things building and opened on Oct. 22.
The shopping center is managed by Vestar. Mike Flynn, principal and LEED AP of Irvine-based KTGY Group, Architecture and Planning, served as the project architect for the project. Hodgdon-Miank Construction's Dan Wallner served as the project manager, and Stan Mann and Tom Blank served as superintendents.
Ashley Furniture HomeStore will join tenants Edwards Long Beach Stadium 26, Lowe's, Ross Dress for Less, Sam's Club, Sport Chalet, Staples and Walmart.
