H&M selects RCC Associates to build first South Fla., location

New York City Fast-fashion retailer Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) has selected RCC Associates, Deerfield Beach, Fla., to construct a 20,085-sq.-ft. flagship at the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. H&M currently has two Florida locations, both in the Orlando area.

RCC’s work will entail demolition of three existing spaces and tenant buildout over two levels that will include a large steel and glass curved staircase connecting the two floors. The store is scheduled to open in November.
