“We are excited to have been selected to play a lead role in this project,” said Bob Spratt, president of Hill Partners. “Hill Partners has a long and successful history developing, redeveloping, leasing and managing successful lifestyle and mixed-use centers. And, Regency Centers is predominantly focused on grocery-anchored centers, so this strategic alliance made a lot of sense for both parties.”
