1/8/2015

Nashville, Tenn. --H.G. Hill Realty Company announced a lineup of tenants at Hill Center Acklen, the Nashville mixed-use development that includes approximately 13,000 sq. ft. of street-level restaurant and retail located at 21st Avenue South and Acklen Avenue in Hillsboro Village.

New tenants at the near 100%-occupied project include Double Dogs bar and restaurant (4,184 sq. ft.); Revelator Coffee Company (1,451 sq. ft.); Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams (1,426 sq. ft.); Native + Nomad, a fashion, home décor and gift boutique (1,327 sq. ft.); Uncle Classic Barbershop (889 sq. ft.); and Pilates Garage (724 sq. ft.).

Designed in accordance with Hillsboro Village’s urban design overlay adopted in May 1999, Hill Center Acklen is the company's second project within the UDO area. Its first, which includes the Pancake Pantry, Hillsboro Village Apartments and adjoining retail center, served as the catalyst for the UDO creation and implementation. The company also developed the Harris Teeter property on 21st Avenue South, an integral part of the Hillsboro Village fabric.

"We are particularly pleased with Hill Center Acklen, which complements the design and quality of our similar developments including 12 South Flats, Hill Center Green Hills and those in progress in Sylvan Heights and Brentwood," said Jimmy Granbery, CEO of H.G. Hill Realty Company. "Hillsboro Village's unique energy, pedestrian friendly nature, and location led our line-up of local and regional businesses to invest in the area."
