Hhgregg opens six Baltimore-area stores

Indianapolis Electronics retailer Hhgregg said Monday it will open six new stores in the Baltimore area on May 6.

The new stores are located in Hanover; Annapolis; Catonsville; Bel Air; Towson; and Glen Burnie, Md.

“We are excited to expand our footprint in the state of Maryland by opening our first Baltimore-area stores,” said Jeff Pearson, VP marketing, Hhgregg.

Each store will be about 30,000 sq. ft. The company currently operates 145 stores in Alabama; Florida; Georgia; Indiana; Kentucky; Maryland; Mississippi; North Carolina; Ohio; South Carolina; Tennessee; Pennsylvania; and Virginia.
