Harbor Freight to open in North Myrtle Beach

North Myrtle Beach, S.C. Divaris Real Estate said Monday that Harbor Freight Tools has inked a lease for 12,000 sq. ft. in a former Rex electronics and appliances store in North Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Virginia Beach, Va.-based Divaris is charged with the surplus disposition of nine Rex stores in North and South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee. To date, this is the sixth Rex property that has been leased or sold.
