Hanley Investment sells street-front retail site

Irvine, Calif. Hanley Investment Urban Retail Advisors, a division of Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors, said it represented the seller in the sale of a 18,864-sq.-ft. ground-floor retail component of a 116-unit residential condominium building in downtown San Pedro, Calif.

The price was not disclosed.

Centre Street Lofts’ ground-floor retail portion was 18% occupied at the time of sale.
