Grubb & Ellis names retail group exec

Southfield, Mich. Grubb & Ellis Co. said Friday that it has named Matthew Swantko as VP retail group, effective immediately.

Swantko will be responsible for building Grubb & Ellis’ retail team in Southeast Michigan, as well as providing retail real estate services to investors and tenants.
