Goodwill to open at Surrey Ridge Shopping Center

Arlington Heights, Ill. Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based Mid-America Asset Management said that Goodwill Industries has signed a lease for 16,540 sq. ft. at Surrey Ridge Shopping Center in Arlington Heights, Ill., a northwest suburb of Chicago.

Goodwill plans to open a resale store in November.

The 172,769-sq.-ft. Surrey Ridge Shopping Center is anchored by Lowe's, with other tenants including Bank of America and National Tire & Battery. Major retailers nearby include Walmart, Staples, Meijer, and Jewel/Osco.
