Goodwill to open in Midway Plaza

Opelika, Ala. Westport, Conn.-based Charter Realty & Development Corp. announced it has leased 27,000 sq. ft. to Goodwill Store and Training Center in Midway Plaza.

The 206,012-sq.-ft. center in Opelika, Ala., also contains Dollar General, Tuesday Morning and Performance Trucking.

Goodwill is set to open in June.
