Goldenberg Group announces new leases

Blue Bell, Pa. The Goldenberg Group said Tuesday it has signed nine new leases over the last 90 days, totaling in excess of 142,000 sq. ft. of space at centers across Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.

The new leases include two Hhgregg stores, one at Red Rose Commons in Lancaster County, Pa., and one at Whitman Square in Philadelphia.

Ashley Furniture signed a lease for 39,758 sq. ft. at The Court at Oxford Valley, Fairless Hills, Pa. Five Below took 8,958 sq. ft. at Columbus Commons in South Philadelphia, and Clearwire also entered into a lease at Columbus Commons for 3,907 sq. ft. 

Other leasing activity included a Joyce Leslie lease at The Court at Deptford II in Deptford, N.J.; a Planet Fitness lease for 9,400 sq. ft. at ParkWest Town Center; and a Verizon lease for 1,875 sq. ft. at The Shoppes at Upper Hanover in Upper Hanover, Pa.
