Glimcher veteran joins Steiner as executive VP

Thomas “TJ” Drought, who spent nearly 20 years in the employ of WP Glimcher, has joined Steiner + Associates as an executive VP.



Drought will lead Steiner + Associate’s advisory real estate services for developers, investors, municipalities, and owners of retail, mixed-use, residential, and entertainment environments. Steiner has earned a reputation as a trendsetter in the development of work-live-play projects such as Easton Town Center in Columbus, Bayshore Town Center in Milwaukee, and the under-construction Lake Nona project outside of Orlando.



Drought was made executive VP at Glimcher, now Washington Prime Group, in 2011. There he directed leasing efforts for assets totaling nearly 70 million sq. ft.
