San Francisco -- General Growth Properties announced the launch of the first-ever marketplace at Stonestown Galleria’s in San Francisco. The marketplace is a partnership with SFMade, a California 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that promotes goods and services manufactured, designed and produced in the Bay Area.
“We are always looking for new experiences to engage our shoppers. The marketplace is such a great opportunity for local artisans to share their craft with the community,” said Christina Riojas, marketing manager, Stonestown Galleria. “We are proud to help give exposure to so many of the Bay Area’s talented makers, and offer our guests creative gift ideas just in time for the holiday shopping season.”
The locally-made product will be displayed on custom-made units located throughout the shopping center. Artisan vendors will include: Waffles & Honey, Silver Lining Bespoke, Everyday Love Art, TCHO, Lady Alamo, T-We, `aplat and Studio Nico, with new vendors featured every month.
