“Like this part of Kentucky, GBT Realty is also growing,” said George Tomlin, president and CEO of GBT Realty. “Earlier this year, GBT Realty established its Diversified Development Division, which specializes in the development of medical office buildings and urban mixed-use centers, including retail, office and multi-family residential projects. The new division will complement our Net Lease and Shopping Center Divisions, which have completed more than $750 million of single-tenant and shopping center developments in 27 states since 2008, making us the most active developer in the Southeast.”
