Fox named VP at Divaris

Divaris Real Estate has named George Fox VP of sales and leasing at its Virginia Beach office. He will represent both landlords and tenants in North Carolina and Virginia, with a primary focus on the Hampton Roads market.



Fox spent more than a decade at Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust in Virginia Beach, beginning as a leasing associate and rising to Senior VP of business development, a role that found him working on shopping center acquisitions, development, and re-development. He joined Divaris after a year at Hackney Real Estate Partners, where he was director of leasing.



Fox has served on the Virginia Idea Exchange Planning Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In 2009, Hampton Roads’ Inside Business magazine named him to its “Top 40 Under 40” list.
