Stating that they had established themselves as leaders in the retail real estate industry, CEO Stephen Lebovitz announced the promotion of four CBL Properties veterans as VPs.

Judy Craighead, who joined the Chattanooga-based mall and shopping center developer in 2001, takes over as VP of business development. Craighead moved up the ranks from regional marketing manager to regional director of brand and thence to senior director of business development.

Mary Lynn Morse, who joined the company as the marketing director of Oak Hollow Mall in High Point, N.C. in 1995, was named VP of marketing. After serving as marketing director for Tennessee and the Carolinas, she joined the corporate marketing team in 2007.

Additionally, Stan Hildebrand was named VP and finance counsel, and Joseph Khalili was tapped as VP of financial operations and administration.

“Judy’s expertise and vision have been invaluable to CBL, leading the company’s business development efforts to broaden and diversify our sources of revenue,” Lebovitz said.

“Mary Lynn has played a critical role in CBL’s marketing department since joining the company in 1995. Her experience and creativity will help us continue to advance our marketing strategies given the growing prominence of digital and other technology.”

Hildebrand led the legal team that closed CBL’s new $1.185 billion credit facility in January.
