Forest City Opens The Village at Gulfstream Park

Hallandale Beach, Fla. Cleveland-based Forest City Enterprises said Thursday that it has opened The Village at Gulfstream Park, a Forest City Commercial development, in partnership with Magna Entertainment Corp.

The Village at Gulfstream Park is South Florida's newest outdoor shopping and entertainment destination, featuring upscale fashion and home accessory shops with signature restaurants, outdoor cafes and nightclubs, entertainment, and 90,000 sq. ft. of class A office space and future residential spaces.

With 410,000 sq. ft. of retail, the center is located on US 1 in Hallandale Beach, Fla., and is anchored by the Gulfstream Park Racetrack and Casino.

The Village at Gulfstream Park features approximately 70 stores, restaurants and nightclubs, such as Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, Greenhouse Nightclub, Texas de Brazil, Williams-Sonoma, Rock & Roll Religion, Apricot Lane, Lilly McKay and an array of fashion boutiques.

The center is 80% leased.
