Florida Mall completes outdoor promenade

Orlando, Fla. Simon Property Group announced Wednesday that The Florida Mall’s new 150,000-sq.-ft. outdoor shopping promenade has opened and is completely leased.

The latest lease announcements include Zara, Forever XXI and the first H&M -- a two-store, 25,000-sq.-ft. flagship -- in the southeastern United States.

Other retailers include Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy’s, J.C. Penney, Sears, Dillard’s, Coach, Hollister Co., Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, MNG by Mango and Sephora.
