The Floor Trader to open at Hanover Village

Mechanicsville, Va. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Mechanicsville, Va., at Hanover Village to The Floor Trader.

The flooring retailer has leased 12,882 sq. ft. and is slated to open fall 2011.

The 96,146-sq.-ft. Hanover Village is anchored by Tractor Supply Company alongside national retailers such as Advance Auto Parts, Hallmark, Papa Johns Pizza and Sonic.
