Five retail leases signed in Hampton Roads, Va.

Virginia Beach, Va. — The Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate has finalized leases for five retail spaces throughout Hampton Roads, Va.



SunTrust Bank has signed a lease extension for 3,000 sq. ft. in Willow Oaks Village Square Shopping Center in Hampton, Va. Divaris handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Willow Oaks Associates.



Kumon Math and Reading Center inked a lease for 2,400 sq. ft. in the Divaris-leased and managed Brenneman Farm Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. Divaris handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Brenneman Farm Retail Associates.



Heather’s Hair Designs has taken 1,750 sq. ft. in Foxfire Square in Virginia Beach. Divaris represented Heather’s Hair Designs in the transaction.



Duck & Goose Frozen Yogurt has leased a 1,600-sq.-ft. space in Greenbrier Town Center in Chesapeake, Va. Divaris represented the tenant in this transaction as well.



Rita’s Pizza sign a lease for 1,200 sq. ft. in the Academy Crossing Shopping Center in Portsmouth, Va. As leasing agent and property manager for the center, Divaris negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, Midlantic Builders VA.
