Five new retailers announced for Territory’s Las Vegas centers

Las Vegas Territory said Thursday that it has inked deals with five new tenants for three of the company’s retail shopping centers across the Las Vegas Valley.

The new tenants include Cafe Rio, Laptop Depot II, Bella Grande Nails, Rubio’s Restaurants and Barcelona Tapas & Bar.

Cafe Rio signed a 10-year lease on 2,505 sq. ft. of space at Centennial Gateway, a 350,000-sq.-ft. shopping center. Both Laptop Depot II and Bella Grande Nails also executed leases, both five-year, at Centennial Gateway. Laptop Depot II will open a 2,095-sq.-ft. store, and Bella Grande will open in 1,300 sq. ft. of space, the retailer’s third location in Las Vegas.

Rubio’s Restaurants signed a 10-year lease on 2,400 sq. ft. of space at Eastern Beltway Center, a 650,000-sq.-ft. shopping center. And Barcelona Tapas & Bar signed a five-year lease on 2,296 sq. ft. at the 200,000-sq.-ft. Southern Highlands Marketplace.
