Five Guys Burgers leases fifth Manhattan location

New York City Real estate broker BCD announced it has leased a fifth Manhattan location for Five Guys Burgers and Fries.

The 2,400-sq.-ft space is located at 36 West 48th St., between 5th and 6th Avenues.

This is the fifth Manhattan location for Five Guys Burgers and Fries, which says it has plans for aggressive growth into 2010. The chain currently operates more than 400 locations.
