Five Guys Burgers and Fries to open seventh Manhattan location

New York City BCD announced that Five Guys Burgers and Fries has signed a lease for a 2,200-sq.-ft. space in New York City’s Financial District.

The new location is the company’s seventh in Manhattan, and the chain has announced plans for aggressive growth through 2010.

BCD serves as the company’s exclusive real estate broker as well as project manager overseeing design and construction.
