First Community Bank inks lease for Market at Round Rock

Round Rock, Texas Regency Centers said Tuesday it has leased a 4,000-sq.-ft. space at Market at Round Rock to First Community Bank.

First Community Bank is slated to open for business in August.

The 122,646-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by a 29,523-sq.-ft. Sprouts Farmers Market, a natural foods store, along with retail shop space including H&R Block, Quiznos and Starbucks.
