Fimiani announces Florida retail leases

Boca Raton, Fla. Fimiani Development announced Friday a lineup of tenants at shopping centers in Boca Raton, Bradenton, Deerfield Beach, Bradenton and Largo, Fla.

Dean Anthony’s Pizza and More has leased 1,100 sq. ft., and Gloria Nail Spa and Fresco Food Works each leased 1,000 sq. ft. at Yamato Plaza in Boca Raton.

Eman Enterprises, an electronic store, has leased 1,515 sq. ft. at Pinebrook Commons in Bradenton.

Wael Benjamin, a pharmacy, has leased 1,050 sq. ft. at Western Way Shopping Center in Brooksville.

Treatment Solutions of South Florida leased 3,245 sq. ft. of office and retail space in The 1400 Building in Deerfield Beach.

Drapes 2 Floors, an interior fabric company, has leased 2,538 sq. ft. at East Bay Plaza in Largo.
