E.W. Howell launches construction on Lowe’s at Staten Island

Woodbury, N.Y. General contractor and construction management firm E.W. Howell said it has broken ground on its ninth construction project for Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse.

The new store will be located on Staten Island, N.Y., and is slated to be completed in the late fall of 2010. It will feature 117,000 sq. ft. of retail space with an additional 22,000-sq.-ft. garden center.
