Escape space to open at OKC outlets

5/14/2019
One would imagine that all escape space experiences would be looking for an outlet. But seriously, folks.

One that found one is The Sanctuary Escape, opening this summer at OKC Outlets in Oklahoma City, according to The Outlet Resource Group. Other new arrivals at the center include The Old Nocona Boot Factory and Pepper Palace.

“All three concepts are complementary to the current mix of stores and are part of our broader leasing strategy to create the optimal mix of well-known national brands, local and regional retailers, and experiential components,” said Jeannette Smith, OKC Outlets’ general manager.

The Old Nocona Boot Factory occupies 4,029 sq. ft. near Nike Factory Store; Pepper Palace, a purveyor of hot sauces and pepper-themed merchandise is in a 1,115 sq. ft. space near the center court, and Sanctuary Escape will occupy 6,073 sq. ft. facing Interstate 40.

“As a part of our overall leasing strategy, we have been focused on rounding out the center’s great lineup of brands with interesting local and regional players who will enhance the customer experience,” said David Hinkle, a principal of TORG, which is the operating partner for OKC Outlets.
