Envy Hair and Nails to open at Gateway Plaza

Vallejo, Calif. New York City-based Centro Properties Group said Tuesday that Envy Hair and Nails will open a 1,300-sq.-ft. salon at Gateway Plaza, located in Vallejo, Calif.

Centro Properties Group is the owner of Gateway Plaza.
