Elevation Burger opens in Manhattan

Arlington, Va. Elevation Burger plans to open its first location in Manhattan, a franchised store in the Union Square area, by May, 2010.

The 1,900-sq.-ft. restaurant will seat 50-60 guests inside, plus an outdoor cafe.
