Eileen Fisher inks deal for space at Wayside Commons

Burlington, Mass. KeyPoint Partners announced it has negotiated a new lease with Eileen Fisher for 5,113 sq. ft. of retail space at Wayside Commons, a 196,000-sq.-ft. lifestyle shopping center in Burlington, Mass.

An Eileen Fisher store will open in part of the space which was formerly Domain Home.

The Eileen Fisher collection is sold in 40 company-owned stores across the United States and Canada. 

Other tenants at Wayside Commons include L.L. Bean, Ann Taylor Loft, Borders, Coldwater Creek, Justice Just for Girls, Arhaus Furniture, The Capital Grille, Cold Stone Creamery, Green Tangerine Spa & Salon, Jared The Galleria of Jewelry, Massage Envy, Swoozie’s and West Elm.
