Dunkin’ Donuts leases space at The Shops at Stonewall

Gainesville, Va. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Gainesville, Va., at The Shops at Stonewall to Dunkin’ Donuts.

Dunkin’ Donuts has leased 1,504 sq. ft. and is slated to open for business in 2010.

The 311,245-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Wegmans alongside Staples, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Bubbles, The Athlete’s Foot, Cheeburger Cheeburger, Ross Dress for Less, Bed Bath & Beyond and Michaels.
