Hackensack, N.J. -- Dress Barn has renewed its lease for 4,200 sq. ft. at Summit Plaza in Hackensack, New Jersey. The 100,000-sq.-ft. retail property is owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.



Dress Barn has been a tenant at Summit Plaza since 1999. The center is anchored by an expanded 62,000-sq.-ft. Super Stop & Shop and features service and retail tenants including Harmon Cosmetics, GNC, Payless ShoeSource, Radio Shack, the UPS Store, GameStop and Blimpie as well as the typical neighborhood services such as a nail salon, dry cleaner and a pizzeria.
