Dress Barn, Kirkland’s give The Avenue Murfreesboro the nod

Murfreesboro, Tenn. The Avenue Murfreesboro announced it will soon be home to five new businesses, including Dress Barn, Kirkland’s, University of Phoenix, Farmers Insurance and a first-to-market Charming Charlie which sells fashion accessories.

The new stores are scheduled to open in early fall.

Atlanta-based developer Cousins Properties introduced the Avenue, an outdoor lifestyle center concept with eight locations through the Southeast. The Avenue Murfreesboro is co-developed with Charlotte, N.C.-based Faison Enterprises.
