Donahue Schriber sells Sacramento center

Donahue Schriber has sold Westlake Village, a Walgreens-anchored store in Sacramento, to a San Francisco-based family trust. The sale price was not disclosed.

Built in 2007, Westlake Village is a 31,980-sq.-ft. neighborhood center with 4.3 acres of developable land. Other tenants include Allstate Insurance, AIM Mail Center, Chase Bank, Creative Nails Spa, Subway, and Westlake Hair Studio.

Donahue Schriber Realty Group is a privately-held REIT with 62 shopping centers representing over 11 million sq. ft. of retail space throughout California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. The buyer, a family trust from San Francisco’s East Bay, was represented by Hanley Investment Group Associate Eric Vu.

Hanley Investment Group handled the sale for Donahue Schriber in conjunction with Ten-X.
