Donahue Schriber announces promotions

6/2/2010

Costa Mesa, Calif. Shopping center developer Donahue Schriber announced it has named Lawrence P. Casey to serve as company president. This will add to his duties as COO.

Casey’s advancement comes on the heels of the retirement of Donahue Schriber co-founder and chairman of the board, Thomas L. Schriber, in May. Schriber relinquished his role to president, CEO and 30-year company veteran, Patrick S. Donahue, as part of a planned succession.

Casey joined Donahue Schriber in 2000 as its CFO.

The company also announced that David W. Mossman, Donahue Schriber’s executive VP acquisitions, dispositions and development, has stepped into a newly created role as chief investment officer. As a 14-year veteran of the company, Mossman has overseen in excess of $1 billion of new property acquisitions, dispositions and development projects.
