Dollar Tree to lease through R.J. Brunelli in New Jersey

Old Bridge, N.J. — Dollar Tree has retained R.J. Brunelli & Co. as exclusive leasing agent for all of New Jersey, adding areas south of Route 195 to the northern and central parts of the state that the firm has been handling all along.



“The company looks for freestanding, inline or end-cap spaces in shopping centers as well as locations in downtown areas with high foot traffic,” said Danielle Brunelli-Albrecht, senior VP. “They prefer 10,000-sq.-ft. spaces, but are flexible and will consider 7,500- to 12,000-sq.-ft. stores and have even taken up to 15,000 sq. ft. in very desirable areas.”
