Dollar General to open at Bowie Plaza

Bowie, Md. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Bowie, Md., at Bowie Plaza to Dollar General.

Dollar General has leased 9,400 sq. ft. and is slated to open in November 2011.

Additionally, existing tenant Golden Pavilion Restaurant has moved out of its prior location in order to build out in a larger, 3,300-sq.-ft. space within the center.

The 102,537-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by CVS/pharmacy alongside Subway, KFC and Cricket Wireless.
