DLC’s Ifshin named to ICSC board of trustees

Tarrytown, N.Y. DLC Management Corp. said Wednesday its president, Adam Ifshin, has been elected to the International Council of Shopping Center’s board of trustees.

Ifshin will sit as chairman of the ICSC government relations economic sub-committee.

As an active lobbyist for the shopping center industry, Ifshin has testified in front of both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives on behalf of ICSC and The Real Estate Roundtable on the Taxation of Carried Interests.

“I’m thrilled that the leadership of our trade association thought highly enough of me to ask me to serve on the Board of Trustees. This is as big an honor as one can receive in our industry and I look forward to working to help advocate for our industry and help guide ICSC through these turbulent economic times, “ said Ifshin.
