DLC signs three new deals with Rainbow USA

Tarrytown, N.Y. DLC Management Corp. has announced the completion of three new deals with Rainbow USA, a women’s, junior and children’s apparel retailer.

The new Rainbow stores, located at Beach Shopping Center, Peekskill, N.Y., Gulfdale Plaza, Mobile, Ala., and Highland Square, Jacksonville, Fla., range in size from 6,000 sq. ft. to 7,000 sq. ft. and are all scheduled to open during second quarter 2010.
